Abstract
Crussh Fit Foods & Juice Bars has introduced new plant-based protein shakes this January.

In the summer of 2019 Crussh opened a store at Birmingham Children’s Hospital in partnership with global services company Sodexo.

The pant-based protein shakes are mixed with a variety of nut butters and fruit & veg. They will feature on the new menu for 2020 alongside vegan shortbread bites.

Crussh has also unveiled a new range of low-sugar juices with a higher veg content including a Green Virgin Mary and a take on a Bloody Mary made with kale, tomato, celery, cucumber and lemon.

Throughout January Crussh customers will be able to buy a £2 ‘juice of the week’ with every lunch (12-2pm).

James Kidman, head of food at Crussh, said: “‘I’m super excited to unveil our new range of four functional protein shakes…

“They’re freshly made to order with a plant-based milk, pea & hemp protein and an array of different ingredients; we’re excited to see how our ‘Incredible Bulk’ performs!”

The healthy food and juice chain will also trial a new compostable juice cup in three central London stores.
