Lee Kum Kee has added a gluten free Oyster sauce to its professional range of sauces.

It is made with the 'finest oyster extract' to bring out the “Xian Wei” (umami in Chinese) and enhance the taste of all ingredients to the next level.

It includes no MSG or presertaives and can be used for everything, from classic Chinese stir-fry dishes as broccoli beef in Oyster Sauce, chicken chow mein, special fried rice or as a fusion twist as in stock, gravy, cottage pies and marinades.
