Capable of making up to 50L of fresh-tasting stock, Major’s chicken, vegetable and beef stock pastes are available in 1kg resealable tub for greater shelf life, and can be used for gravies and sauces as well as several popular menu items including casseroles, risottos and chicken dishes.
The new and improved recipes are gluten and nut free, free from artificial additives, colours and preservatives, and adhere to the 2024 FSA salt guidelines. All Major products are clearly labelled, so chefs can be sure that they’re reaching for products to create their dishes that are allergen safe.
