Abstract
McCain Foods, manufacturer of frozen potato products, has created its Simply range, aimed at busy chefs and caterers.
The range is designed to save time, reduce waste and labour, without compromising on final service.
The products are washed, peeled, chopped and water blanched with nothing else added, so are suitable for a range of dietary requirements (e.g. vegan, dairy/lactose free and gluten free) and allow schools to offer healthier versions of potato products.
