Mission Foods has added a new ‘on-trend’ artisan bread to its expanding flatbread portfolio.

The Khobez flatbread is tailored to meet the customers growing demand for elevated Middle Eastern cuisine. Created specifically for lunch and on-the-go occasions the Mission Khobez flatbreads allow customers to ‘explore new dishes’.

Kim Hartley, executive business development chef at Mission Foods, said: “As consumers continue to explore the trend of global flavours, operators need to have versatile menu solutions to meet this demand.
