All ready to thaw and serve, new variations include the ‘value’ mince pie - 37g shortcrust pastry filled with mincemeat filling and topped with a pastry lid; two star-shaped pies topped with sweet dusting; and a premium, all-butter 76g product with a mincemeat filling of currants, raisins, sultanas, nibbed hazelnuts, cherries, apricot and brandy.
Products range in shelf life (one-two days unwrapped/ two-seven days wrapped) and case size (24-72).
Country Choice has also added a thaw and serve gingerbread muffin with crystallised ginger pieces, ginger-flavoured filling and topped with icing and a mini sugar gingerbread man, to its Christmas list.
All are available alongside the company’s Christmas pastries and bakes, including cherry and almond mincemeat tart; linzer biscuits; gingerbread biscuits; and its gluten-free mince pies and iced fruitcake.
