Kitchen equipment is a big investment so you’ll want to look after it and protect it from breakdowns. Regular servicing by a reputable provider will prolong the life of your valuable equipment, nip potential problems in the bud and reduce the risk of large-scale repairs or emergency callouts.

TWO Servicing's planned preventative maintenance plans are 'really flexible'. You can choose from:

  • six or twelve-monthly inspections,
  • an ‘out of hours’ option to avoid any disruption to service, or
  • a ‘labour comprehensive’ contract that covers you for labour during any reactive calls.

Every visit from includes inspecting for wear and tear, making any machine adjustments, checking gas ranges and carbon monoxide emissions, replacing worn components and lubricating moving parts.

Refrigeration and freezer units can often be overlooked, but they have to constantly battle against the surrounding heat to keep food chilled to optimum temperatures. Don’t ignore problems, because if it’s picked up early, it could mean a new door seal rather than a whole new chiller.

It’s worth considering that poorly maintained equipment can also increase the risk of breaching health & safety regulations, and increase energy usage, so maintenance is vital.
