Young's adds salmon in chilli and ginger sauce to its range

Young’s Seafood Limited has added a new Premium Scottish Fillet in Sweet Chilli & Ginger Butter Sauce to its extensive range.

The sauce can be used for both main courses or on a regularly changing specials board and provide an alternative to fresh salmon, making it ideal for cooking to order.

Giving precise portion control and therefore helping to eliminate waste, the salmon fillet is rich in vitamins and can be oven baked or microwaved.

Garry Roche, foodservice sales director at Young’s, said: “The new quality fillets offer the perfect alternative to fresh salmon and as the fillets can be cooked from frozen they are ideal for outlets cooking to order who don’t want to compromise on quality. Furthermore, they work well as daily specials and are great for room service menus.”
