Abstract
Following a successful launch in 2024, the Public Sector Catering Alliance Forum is back on Tuesday 17th November 2026 at the East Midlands Conference Centre at the University of Nottingham - and it’s set to become a must-attend event for suppliers working with the public sector.

Delivered by the Public Sector Catering Alliance, this exclusive forum has been created to facilitate meaningful collaboration across public sector catering. It brings together the individuals shaping both short- and long-term strategy, creating a powerful environment for knowledge sharing, partnership building and collective action.

Unlike larger exhibitions, this forum is intentionally focused.  Around 100 senior decision makers and influencers from across public sector catering will come together for high-level discussion, debate and networking, creating unparalleled access for suppliers.

Why Exhibit

  • This is not a traditional trade show.
  • It’s a strategic forum designed to spark conversation and drive initiatives forward.

With just 44 exhibitor packages available, having a stand is the only way suppliers can attend, ensuring every exhibiting company has genuine engagement opportunities with senior buyers and policy influencers.

As an exhibitor, you will:

  • Connect directly with key public sector catering decision makers
  • Position your brand at the heart of sector-wide strategic discussions
  • Build relationships that influence long-term procurement decisions
  • Demonstrate your commitment to supporting the sector’s shared objectives
  • Network in a focused environment

This event follows the success of the bi-annual Public Sector Catering Expo, but responds directly to industry feedback calling for a more collaborative, discussion-led format that engages a broader range of influential voices.

If you supply into education, healthcare, local authority, defence or wider public sector catering, this forum offers a unique opportunity to be part of the conversation.
