With 14 years of leadership experience, Read joins BM from her role as Lexington Catering account manager at London Business School, where she led the strategic and operational delivery of the school’s catering, retail and hospitality services.
In her new role, she will work closely with teams and clients to deliver high-quality workplace catering across BM. Read’s previous roles include operations director at The Good Eating Company and operations manager, followed by head of operations at Two Hands Food Group.
Jures previously worked at Restaurant Associates as a project manager and UK account director; his main responsibilities included leading client engagement, project delivery, and operational improvements.
In his new role, he will lead and inspire teams across multiple sites, ensuring consistently high standards of service and performance. Other previous positions include contract director for independent schools at Sodexo, resort F&B director for leisure at Aramark, and director of operations at Aramark.
