The toolkit provides ten nutritional guidelines focusing on food, service and environment and will be rolled out to over 60 care homes and hospitals throughout the business.
The social care provider to the Jewish community developed the range in response to an increase in client needs across its care homes.
The event was organised by Unilever Food Solutions as part of Admiral Court’s prize for winning the Gingerbread Challenge earlier this year.

The guide replaces the eatwell plate and has been refreshed to reflect updated dietary recommendations, including those on sugar, fibre and starchy carbohydrates from the Scientific Advisory Commit
The competition, launched in association with NAPA (National Association of Activity Providers) and the National Trust, challenges care homes to create a birthday cake based on one of their residen
The agreement covers 48 locations in the north west and 48 locations in the east of England.
And even fewer – 47% – felt confident that their knowledge and skills were sufficient to help people most at risk of malnutrition.
