Abstract
WRAP (Waste Resources Action Programme) is hosting two, free practical sessions on food waste measurement and engagement in London on June 20th.

The first is a practical session on how to measure food waste on site, the second is a briefing to go through all caterers need to know to get ready for the Guardians of Grub Month of Action in September.

The first session is scheduled to run from 9.45am to 1.30pm and is titled ‘Step Up and Stop Food Waste’, with the aim of helping hospitality and foodservice businesses to implement quick and easy steps to save money and measure food waste with support from WRAP experts.

The second session runs from 1.45pm to 2.45pm and will focus on WRAP’s new Guardians of Grub campaign and details of how to get involved in September’s ‘Month of Action’ activities.

All catering businesses and relevant organisations are welcome. For more details on attending email: amy.fetzer@wrap.org.uk.
