Commercial Kitchen 2017 opens at the NEC tomorrow
Abstract
Catering equipment show Commercial Kitchen 2017 returns to the NEC Birmingham tomorrow for two days.

The show will have representatives from restaurants, pubs and grab & go outlets such as Nando’s, Greene King and Pret in attendances as well as operators from universities, hospitals and local authorities.

Opening day highlights include exclusive ‘in conversation’ sessions with Vivek Singh, executive chef and founder of The Cinnamon Collection; Claire Clark; and Robert Quehan, head chef at The Redwood Bistro, Bishopstoke Park.

The second day boasts panels dedicated to multi-site restaurant innovation, foodservice consultants, hospital kitchens, and prison kitchens. An exclusive ‘association’ session will bring together senior representatives from CEDA (Adam Mason), The ALMR (Kate Nicholls), FCSI (Julian Edwards) and The Hospital Caterers Association (Philip Shelley).
