Chef Stephen Conway, from a luxury country house hotel in Melton Mowbray, was tasked with coming up with the recipes for the county's School Food Support Service (SFSS) in conjunction with EBLEX.

The kitchen will train school caterers from Cambridgeshire and neighbouring counties. It will offer a range of courses, including professional National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in catering.

All existing catering staff have transferred to Accent Catering under TUPE and will be provided with additional training.
