HMP Berwyn in North Wales is the fifth prison where Sirieix has opened restaurants, in partnership with Novus Cambria.

A panel of judges were impressed by chef Jonny’s achievements.

The unique two-person rowing team is made up of ex-prison officer Sean Phelps and ex-prisoner James Brooke.
