Craigmillar’s Crembels range, the ultimate icing solution for ‘convenience, versatility and exceptional results’, has been updated with a new recipe.

The range elevates baking creations, offering the ultimate icing solution for bakers to use across their ranges and showcase their creativity with standout baked goods. Now available in a ready to use ‘bag in a box’, Crembels are convenient and easy to use. Simply heat or beat for the desired application.

The new resealable box and bag is easily identifiable with the Craigmillar name. It’s also sustainable in that it help reduce plastic consumption, ensures extended product life, minimises waste and helps with cost control.  

The range’s application has also been extended and can be used just beaten or combined with Craigmillar’s Marvello margarine for customers who desire a lighter option and for a greater yield. Its sturdy structure prevents cakes from splitting and ensures a secure hold.

It also produces clean cut icing, achieving sharp edges and precise details with Crembels' firm yet pliable consistency. It’s freeze-thaw stable maintaining its texture and flavour, ensuring consistent results time after time. When used in piping it also creates elaborate piped designs that hold their shape without drooping or collapsing.

  • Beaten and piped: Create intricate designs and decorations with Crembels' clean cut finish with less mess and the light, airy texture holds its shape beautifully. 
  • Beaten and topped: Spread Crembels easily for a smooth, even topping that adds a touch of indulgence to any dessert. Achieve a quick non sticky finish, giving a slight skin and maintaining a soft eat.
