For the first time at the show, Unox will be live-cooking with its latest innovation the SPEED.Compact ECO. This compact high-speed oven focuses on ease of use for operators, cooking speed, quality and best value for money.
Also on stand will be the combi oven CHEFTOP-Xä, hyper-accelerated solutions such as the SPEED-Xä and the EVEREO – a powerful combination of speed-cooking and hot-holding technology, with demos throughout the show.
