Sustainable Fish City campaign ambassador and celebrity chef Raymond Blanc has congratulated workplace caterer CH&Co on adopting new commitments on serving sustainable fish across all its sites
She is quoted as saying: “Today, people don’t get paid for their lunch. It’s mad and it’s wrong. Also, it’s disgusting eating over a keyboard.”

The win follows a £26m investment from the National Lottery to redevelop St Fagan’s into an all year round visitor destination.
The Wakefield MP made the commitment when she spoke to the conference of packaging manufacturers and distributors about reducing waste and increasing waste stream recovery.
The call comes in response to the Institute of Mechanical Engineers report ‘Global Food, Waste Not, Want Not’ that has highlighted the levels of food waste globally.
