The contract started on the 1st of April and includes service provision across all three campuses in Derry-Londonderry, Limavady, and Strabane.
The chairman has created a new schools’ programme called Fun :) Healthy Chinese Cuisine Ambassadors, in response to the new GCSE for Food Preparation & Nutrition now being taught in schools.
The programme gives children and families the skills to cook from scratch and has reached more than three million people with healthy cooking skills since its launch.
