The themed menus include Halloween, Black History Month, Bonfire Night, Children in Need, Pancake Day, Valentine’s Day, World Book Day, Easter, Euro 2024 and Sports Day.
The training kicked-off this week for the first group of 15 school chefs and caterers who created dishes including pea fritters, yoghurt courgette cake, kale pesto and Caribbean chicken curry.
