The company commenced the contract in January following a tendering process and selected for its commitment to local sourcing and approach to student engagement.
The new contract is one of three with schools outside of the South of England as the company seeks to expand in the Midlands and the North.
185 students from hospitality, catering and tourism courses participated in skills-share workshops and interactive sessions to boost their chances of establishing a career in these industries.
The two-year programme involves a Good Food Club that children join. It uses the Moshi Monsters online game to engage them in tackling tasks for rewards.
