Every year Public Sector Catering brings together a group of experienced industry leaders and asks them to name the people they believe are the key influencers.
On a YouTube video he says: “To build a better Britain it has to start with our bellies … especially with the children, bringing good food into the school.
The ‘most influential’ list reflects all the different parts of the public sector from schools and hospitals to care homes, universities, catering colleges, prisons as well as the military.
