Plant-Based Week Approved

These are very good. They are tasty and cooked so well, and could be eaten even without a sauce.

I cooked the patty both under the grill and in the oven and although the texture was moist, it did seem to dry out quickly so needs to be cooked and served straight away.

The texture was good and not unappetising in its ‘naked state’ and I liked the pack size and, because it is vacuum packed, it is easy to store.
