All those shortlisted will be invited to the awards night on April 5th at the Hilton Metropole in Edgware Road, London for a gala evening when the winners in each category will be announced.

The Kitchen and Pastry heats took place at the University of West London and University College Birmingham under the watchful eye of industry experts, led by Chair of Examiners, Russell Bateman.
Big winners on the night included Bartlett Mitchell commercial director, Sean Valentine and the Ministry of Defence’s head of food service, Nigel Shepherd, who were recognised with Lifetime Achieve
